It is also just a bike ride away from the world famous Kailua and Lanikai Beaches. With stunning views of the Ko'olau Mountains and the breeze off of Kailua Bay this quiet home is the perfect place to relax and unwind
Enjoy island living at its best in this fully furnished bright and breezy home with in ground pool and spacious Lanai. Lounging by the pool or under the lanai can be as relaxing as it is a great enviornment to work while away from home. This house is located only one block from the gorgeous Kawainui Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary and Kaha Park, allowing for a great walking, running, or simply enjoying nature and the Ko'olau Mountain views.
The interior of this home is spacious, open, and bright, with ample room for spening quality time together. The Mauka facing lanai is a wonderfully relaxing spot in the morning or early evening. Perfect for sipping coffee or a cocktail while appreciating the view of the mountains and the sunsets.
The Ko'Olau Room has a queen size bed with soft bamboo sheets. A full wall of windows opens up to a deck that overlooks the pool and lounge area. The living/family room has a love seat and couch. This also has vaulted ceilings with a large ceiling fan, an entrance table with lamp and a large Bali Boo book case. This room gets incredible breezes day and night from the ocean. This room does share an air conditioner with the dining and kitchen area. This room is the entry to this welcoming living space. The exterior also has outside decking along the front.
